Eric, me, and the girls met Auntie Melissa at Greenlake to celebrate St. Lucia day, the Saint of lights. All 3.5 miles of Greenlake was lite with luminaries. Their were caroler's, people with crazy hats, a couple had their four dogs lite up...which was so awesome looking the picture does not do it justice( that is before and after), and the first night that it began to SNOW. I love the fact that Ava grabs her umbrella. We kept the girls up late to do this which they loved but they loved the late night milkshake at Dick's!
After seeing the beautiful ginger bread pictures on Lanette's blog....I do have to say our little Trader Joe's ginger bread house comes in a close second...hahaha! We did have fun making it though :-)
I have been blessed with a wonderfully delicious life. Married to the love of my life. We have two beautiful daughters Ava Marie 6.5 yrs. old and Lauren Elizabeth 3.5yrs old. They are our everything and the loves of our life.
Everyday is a new adventure; and this journey we are taking constantly amazes us. I have learned never take life or people for granted because you are not guaranteed tomorrow. Live, Laugh, Love!
