Tall Ships

Enough said.... Look at this crazy guy
So my hubby was hell bent on taking the family to this festival called Tall Ships. It was held in Tacoma. Once we arrived there we saw these magnificent ship. We started to get really excited because we got a chance to see the ship that was used in Pirates of the Caribbean, a replicas of the Nina & Pinta, and other amazing ship. Well no one told us the lines to get on the boat were 2 hours long...with two kids, not gonna happen :-) Plus there were pirate all over the place and all they asked us was "rrr ya having a good time". We did have a good time!

Strawberry Picking

My best girlfriend and I took the kids to Remlinger Farms to pick Strawberries!! We had such a great time; even though it was close to 90 degrees out. Anne was such a trooper considering she is close to 5 months preggo!!

Sundi and Cali....

Also, while we were in Az. I was so blessed to visit Sundi and see her and Ryan's beautiful babies. I think the girls were just about 2-3 weeks old. Sundi, wasn't it Cali who was in the incubate by herself when we were there?? I would have taken more pictures but I was in such awe of how tiny and precious they were that I think I just starred at them most of the time.

Fun in the sun!!

Arizona Zoo

Back in April we visited my parents in Arizona; and made a trip to the Az. zoo. If ever down there it is a must see. You can pet and feed a lot of animals. There is an air tram you can ride over the entire zoo. I was a bit scared when we were over the wild boar's and other crazy animals!! I love the picture of Lauren with the baby goat...hey it's someone my size :-)

Fragrance Lake: 11 years later...

Eleven years ago the first hike Eric and I ever went on was to Fragrance Lake in Bellingham. Fast forward eleven years we went back to the same spot but with two beautiful children in tow. My how time flies...

Happy 4th!

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th of July! We spent the weekend at our friends summer home. Tons of fun but still recovering.
